Joan is a very knowledgeable, insightful, versatile, and engaging instructor. She has a special knack for conveying the most boring, mundane, or technical information in an energetic, entertaining, and easily understandable manner. I highly recommend her services!" - SARAH MARKS, Principal Internal Auditor, LACERA
